Vascular surgery is performed primarily at The Toledo Hospital, and treatment of chronic wounds is provided at the Wound Care Center in West Toledo. Regionally, vascular services are offered at six outreach clinics in Northwest Ohio, including Bryan, Defiance, Fremont, Fostoria, Napoleon and Wauseon and two outreach clinics in Southeast Michigan in Adrian and Tecumseh.

Scheduling Information

Our specially trained staff of medical professionals is here to assist you Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Office visits are by appointment only and new patients must be referred by a physician. If you are unable to keep an appointment or if you will be late for an appointment, please call our office as soon as possible. We make every effort to see patients as scheduled, but occasionally physicians are detained by emergency surgery, and we must reschedule your appointment. We realize that your time is valuable and appreciate your understanding at these times.

It is appreciated if calls regarding surgery scheduling and prescriptions are made prior to 4:00 p.m. When calling for a prescription refill, please have the name and telephone number of your pharmacy ready.

Insurance Information

We accept most insurance plans and will bill your primary and secondary insurance companies for you. Please bring your insurance card to your scheduled appointment and familiarize yourself with your specific coverage and benefits. In An Emergency

If an emergency should arise at any time, call us at 419/291-2003 or 1/800/303-3772. During our regular office hours a member of our staff will assist you. After office hours and on weekends, the Academy of Medicine will answer the call and direct it to one of our physicians.

The Conrad Jobst Tower is located at The Toledo Hospital on North Cove Boulevard and Hughes Drive near Monroe Street. Enter the parking garage off Hughes Drive. Parking is free; valet parking for a nominal fee is provided. Follow the signs from the garage into the Conrad Jobst Tower to the fourth floor.
